Neal Berkowitz, principal of The Berky Group, LLC, is a seasoned leasing and real estate development professional with over four decades of experience. He has overseen more than $500 million in land and property sales. Mr. Berkowitz specializes in assisting developers with construction management, architectural planning, and creative marketing strategies. His primary focus is on ground-up, mixed-use developments, including retail, office, residential, theater, and hotel projects. In addition, he has extensive expertise in community consulting and the unique challenges faced by theater owners and operators. Upon request, Mr. Berkowitz also represents select retailers as a tenant representative.
Previously, as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Westfield, Mr. Berkowitz led the remerchandising efforts for the $1.2 billion Westfield Century City redevelopment in Los Angeles.
